Return Policy

Humble Success accepts eligible returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery for U.S. orders and within 30 days of confirmed delivery for international orders.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email support@humblesuccess.net with your order number and reason for the return. Do not mail merchandise back before receiving return authorization and instructions from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid on international orders are also nonrefundable.

Custom-printed, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, final-sale, and gift-card purchases cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Orders: Eligible international returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only and are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or fees associated with sending the item back. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect remain eligible for a full refund, and we will honor any additional return rights required by local consumer law.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items to support@humblesuccess.net within seven days of delivery and include photographs when applicable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For exchanges, contact support@humblesuccess.net. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
