Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary by product, order size, inventory availability, and whether an item is custom-made or produced on demand.

Estimated shipping rates and delivery times are displayed during checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after an order has finished processing and are not guaranteed.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Humble Success is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control, including weather, high-volume periods, service interruptions, or other operational issues.

International Orders: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery. Humble Success is not responsible for customs delays. Refused or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us. Humble Success is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist with available tracking information.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@humblesuccess.net within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Custom, bulk, and made-to-order projects may have separate production and delivery timelines. Any applicable timeline will be communicated before production begins.
